Welcome to ZERYTO! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (zeryto.com) and any B2B steel procurement or purchases made from us. By accessing or sourcing with ZERYTO, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. General Terms

  • ZERYTO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • By placing an inquiry or order, you confirm that you are acting as an authorized representative of a business entity or are at least 18 years old with legal capacity.
  • All steel products and materials are intended for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure use unless otherwise specified.

2. Order Acceptance & Quotation (RFQ)

  • Due to the fluctuating nature of the global steel market, quotations issued by ZERYTO are valid for a limited time frame as specified in the formal PI (Proforma Invoice).
  • Your purchase order is an offer to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or reject it based on stock availability, mill production schedules, or market volatility.
  • We accept bank wire transfers (T/T), Letters of Credit (L/C), and other secure payment methods as agreed upon in the contract.
  • You agree to provide accurate corporate billing, delivery specifications, and port destinations. Orders with incorrect or incomplete details may face processing delays.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

  • Lead times and shipping schedules are estimates based on mill production and vessel availability, and are not strictly guaranteed. Delays due to shipping lines, port congestion, or customs inspections are beyond our control.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP), risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
  • Buyers or their designated third-party inspection agencies (e.g., SGS, BV) are advised to inspect the steel products at the loading port or upon arrival at the destination port. Any quality discrepancies must be raised within the stipulated timeframe post-delivery.

4. Returns, Claims & Quality Assurance

  • Due to the industrial nature of steel coils, plates, profiles, and building materials, returns are generally not accepted unless a verified manufacturing defect or material non-conformance is established.
  • Any quality claims must be supported by official inspection reports and photographic evidence before processing.

5. Product Descriptions & Market Pricing

  • We strive for absolute accuracy in technical specifications, dimensions, and standards (e.g., ASTM, JIS, EN), but minor commercial tolerances apply in accordance with international steel manufacturing standards.
  • Steel prices are subject to change without notice based on raw material fluctuations. Confirmed orders under a signed contract or paid deposit remain protected.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, product imagery, technical documentation, text) on ZERYTO is owned by us and protected by copyright and industrial property laws. Unauthorized duplication or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ZERYTO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages (such as project delays or lost profits) arising from product application or website access.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your steel order is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product(s) in question.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by applicable international trade laws and regulations, and any commercial disputes will be resolved through standard legal or arbitration channels.
